Oc Kabob And Grill

In a quiet strip mall off Coastal Highway, OC Kabab doesn’t look like much—until the first bite. The small, family-run restaurant, helmed by Yousef, his brother and their Jordanian family, turns out some of the finest Lebanese / Mediterranean cooking you’ll find on the Eastern Shore. The hummus is impossibly creamy, rich with tahini and kissed with bright lemon; the falafel arrives crisp and golden outside, tender and herb-laced within. Kabobs, smoky from the grill, are marinated to absolute perfection, and the shawarma—phew… the shawarma; juicy, spiced, and deeply fragrant—demands to be eaten slowly, and savored. There’s nothing flashy here: just exceptional food made with heart, generosity, and a deep sense of heritage. Yousef and family move easily between tables, checking in like an old friend, proud but modest about the flavors coming from the kitchen. In a town known more for beach bites than culinary surprises, OC Kabab feels like a revelation—a reminder that the best meals often come from the most unassuming places.

We visited OC Kabob and Grill today as a family my wife, my daughter, and our son and we were all extremely happy with our experience. The owner, Yousuf, treated us with incredible kindness and hospitality from the moment we walked in. The food was absolutely delicious, very fresh, perfectly seasoned, and served in a clean and comfortable environment. Everything tasted amazing, truly top-quality Mediterranean dishes. Yousuf also surprised us with complimentary dessert and drinks, which made our visit even more special. He is very friendly, respectful, and genuinely cares about his customers. We highly recommend this place to everyone. It’s rare to find this level of service and flavor together. May Allah bless their business with success and abundance.

Exceptional food & service. We were so blessed by Yosef, his culture & spectacular food. Shrimp Kabob Meal & Mozzarella Sticks were tasty. Yosef made our visit extra special. Visit & enjoy.

I have such a pleasant experience every time I come to eat here. The food is amazing, I enjoy every dish I try. The owner is genuine and kind and offers great service. I thought the makdous and falafel were the tastiest things on the menu but was blown away by the flavor of the kafta kabob entree. In particular the rice soaks up all the juice and spice and comes out amazing. The owner also mentioned a new restaurant in West Ocean City I must try. I would highly recommend this place!

Forget Kalamata this is it, they run laps around them!! Four stars only because there could have been more meat on the Kabob. I can’t speak of the atmosphere our food was delivered. I believe other restaurants rest on their flash, they don’t need to do that!! The food came still hot, the pita 10/10 no notes!!! The dips are fire , everything is top tier AUTHENTIC MEDITERRANEAN PERIOD! I don’t believe it gets better. I put four stars for the atmosphere because I can’t actually say since it was delivered. Other than the chicken portions, everything was perfectly sized. I recommend getting extra-extra Pita because it’s SOOO GOOD!

Amazing meal. Delicious, high quality meal with friendly, attentive service. We loved it! Highly recommend. They have a new location as well now that we just learned about in West OC so we will have to check that out as well. Thank you for a wonderful meal & delicious tea.

Jordanian hospitality at its best. We were welcomed with rejuvenating fresh mint tea. Chicken kabobs were juicy and fresh. The serving was generous and the service was stellar. Highly recommended if you’re in OC!

Amazing Food, Fresh Ingredients, Great Vibe! OC Kabob & Grill absolutely nailed it. The chicken kabob platter was perfectly grilled—juicy, flavorful, and served over fluffy rice with fresh grilled veggies and a crisp cucumber-tomato salad. The pita was warm and soft, and the white sauce on the side was the perfect touch. We also tried one of the wraps —loaded with creamy hummus, cucumbers, tomatoes, and that signature Mediterranean flavor. So good we barely had time to take a breath between bites. To top it all off, the baklava was golden, nutty, and soaked just right—not overly sweet but rich and satisfying. The service was friendly, the portions generous, and everything tasted super fresh. Whether you’re grabbing a quick wrap or sitting down for a full meal, this place hits. 10/10 would recommend!
